Bio

“It’s never too late to be what you might have been.” (George Eliot).

Isla Finch lives in the desert with her husband, two sons, and five fur babies, writing women’s fiction and dabbling in sweet romance. She adores quiet retreats to the mountains, chewy fudge brownies, charming small towns, and hazelnut in her coffee. A believer that happily-ever-after exists outside of fairytales, Isla loves to see everyday women become the heroes of their own stories – in real life and fiction.

Isla is a member of Sigma Tau Delta (International English Honor Society) and holds a BA in English and Creative Writing – Fiction and an MFA in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. Between her day job as technical editor and chasing plot bunnies on the weekends, she cofounded Dead Pilcrow Society, a group for aspiring writers looking for accountability. I Never Told You is her first novel.
